Print Items Return Policy (Business Cards and Print Items)
Because of the custom nature our printing and product fulfillment processes, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds of an order from the Business Cards or Print items category on the MonaVie Mall website (www.monaviemall.com) once an order has been approved online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing and custom product orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. MonaVie will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.
Apparel and Promo Items Return Policy
All returns must first be authorized by a support representative by calling 1-866-647-4321.
MonaVieMall.com offers a refund or exchange policy for mall items listed in the apparel and promo categories (www.monaviemall.com) within 30 days of the date received. Exchanges will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by MonaVie - a return label will be provided to you by a MonaVie support representative. Please allow 30 days for the exchange process to be completed.
Refunds, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return the item to MonaVieMall. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by the warehouse and the item has been determined to be in acceptable condition.
Returns and Exchanges must be shipped to the MonaVieMall warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah and CANNOT be dropped off at any local MonaVie Walk-in Center.

Sales Tools Return Policy
MonaVie will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any item on the MonaVie Mall listed in the Sales Tools category (www.monaviemall.com). All sales are final. In the event that the item received is damaged or not the correct item ordered, please contact MonaVie Distributor Support within 30 days of purchase by sending an email to support@monaviemall.com or by calling 1-866-647-4321 and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Closeout Items Return Policy
MonaVie will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any item on the MonaVie Mall listed in the Closeout Items category (www.monaviemall.com). All sales are final. In the event that the item received is damaged or not the correct item ordered, please contact MonaVie Distributor Support within 30 days of purchase by sending an email to support@monaviemall.com or by calling 1-866-647-4321. We cannot guarantee that the incorrect or damaged item can be replaced as inventory maybe diminished.
